Normally it is said that an image goes for a thousand words.In this case,the sentence replace the image.This short sentence can be seen in lots of different ways,depending on the person's feelings when commenting.Even for a person it can have different meanings...
For me,the cat can be replaced by the teacher and the mice by students...lol
